Hello, am having hair smoothed next week and would like to buy a good quality sulphate free shampoo and conditioner to use on my hair after. Have always bought the whole package from the hairdresser before but the cost for shampoo and conditioner is usually £35 or more so if I can buy something cheaper of good quality from Boots or Amazon then that's what I would like to do. Thanks

Is it like having your hair relaxed? Ie. using a perm solution, but instead of using rollers, they pull the hair straight?0

It's a keratin treatment that relaxes hair just google it-lasts about 3 months straighter and much shinier - no way is it for any particular age group but I am 70 and it makes my hair feel really young. But you must use sulphate free shampoo after which is why I posed my question.0 -
Use organic shampoos. There should be cheaper options at the drug store, just ask the store associate. Organic shampoos are free of any chemicals and uses natural ingredients that are good for your hair.0

I'm a big fan of Tigi shampoos. Salon quality, but can be found for better prices outside of salobs
This set is SLS free, 2 huge bottles, amazing value for money: http://www.allbeauty.com/140373-tigi-bed-head-styleshots-epic-volume-tween-set-shampoo-750ml-conditioner-750ml0 -

you need not just sulphate free but sodium chloride free too.
if you put salt free keratin after care into amazon or ebay you get a few options
I did not rate Organix keratin aftercare shampoo which while sulphate free had salt in it, just rips the keratin right out0 -
I buy a kit of Amazon and do this myself as it's loads cheaper then the salon!
I use this shampoo and conditioner....
