Find out who my debts are with

So i have been burying my head in the sand for a while now and finally decided to do something about my debt. I rang step change and I told them i wasn't sure who all my debts are even with anymore. They said they can do a credit check on one address but I wold have to sign up to noodle to try and get my whole credit report. I unfortunately don't have a debit/credit card as natwest shut my account down and i am now unable to obtain one.
I can not get it on noodle without a credit/debit card. I have rang experian and they advised I opened an account with them a long time and as i could't pass the security checks they can not proceed with me. I don't even remember opening an account with them.
Is there anywhere i can go and get my credit report without a debit card. I have used a site called clear score but it does not seem to tell me who my creditors are and exactly how much I owe them.
Anyones help would be much appreciated.. I just want to get out of this debt hell but want to make sure that step change have all my debts so i get the correct solution

Hi
Clearscore shows information held by a credit reference agency called Equifax. You can request a statutory copy of your full credit report from each of the three main UK credit agencies (Equifax, Experian and Call Credit) for £2. I’m not sure what payment options are available though.
If you want the full picture it best to check all three of the main agencies as some debts may not show on all three.

Unfortunatly you need a debt or credit card.
OP it's simple to open a new basic bank account with no OD facility, as no credit checks are made.
Most basic accounts today come with a debt card, you can open one online straight away in most cases.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. The Experian postal application form for the statutory report says payment can be made by cheque or postal order.

Thanks all for the advice. I have a account with basic account with santander but the card isn't a debit card. I could pay by postal order though0

Equifax and Call Credit both have a cheque or postal order payment option for the postal version of the report too.

Don't they also need to verify your identity though ?
Or do they skip that part for the statutory report ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I'm not sure on the specifics, as an example the Call Credit one says:
‘A copy of your credit report will be posted to your current address where you reside. For security purposes, we are unable to post your credit report to a third party or to an alternative address.
We may request further information from you to support the application request if we are unable to verify your details.
In order to protect your personal information, your credit file will be posted to your current address, once Callcredit has confirmed your identity at the address using validated and reliable information. If we are unable to confirm your identity at the current address using the information held on our records, we may perform further verification checks or contact you for further evidence of residence before producing and returning your credit file.’
Sorry for the small font, there are some strange formatting issues.
