If she has been using an iPad at school, I would suggest an iPad mini for her, I know they are not the cheapest but she already knows how to use one and if you buy an android tablet the apps may not be the same as Apple apps?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Its only my opinion, I am sure other people may suggest an alternative for you, I only know from my experience, I have only ever had iPads and my friend recently bought a samsung tablet and I just couldn't use it and didnt like it.
The iPad mini 2 comes up at £219 with a 3 year warranty http://www.johnlewis.com/apple-ipad-mini-2-apple-a7-ios-7-9-wi-fi-16gb/p669390?colour=Space%20GreyI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. The official Apple site does have refurbished and -1 versions on which can come up a little cheaper.
We have a Google Nexus and an iPad and I must admit both me and OH prefer the iPadFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
