Prize not arrived

Hello, I am new to posting so sorry if I have done this in the wrong place. Was just after some advice please. Back in March (26th) I was emailed by tesco baby club to say I had won a dove hamper from a survey that I had done, they asked me to confirm my details so they could pass this on to Dove. I replied and gave them my details and waited over a month, still no prize arrived. I contacted them again and said I had yet to receive it, they say they would get in contact with Dove and let me know. This went on for a few months and a few more emails and they said Dove had confirmed it will be with me soon. I tried to contact Dove via Facebook and Twitter with no response. I couldn't find a contact telephone number but they have an address I could write to. Just wondering as it's been five months to just leave it? Or complain? What would you do.
