Buy to renovate then sell Mortgage ?

Hi everyone - this is my first post.
I would like to know what the best mortgage option would be to - Buy a property, then renovate and sell - I am looking at a flats which can range anywhere between 12000 - 50000 - These properties are in Glasgow area / Scotland. I am in a full time job so would be looking to start with one property and see how it goes, I can also consider letting although I am more interested in buying to renovate. I have seen properties at auction and at estate agents.
Any advice welcome. I am early 50s and I do not own a home, I live with my partner although would be doing this on my own.

Thanks Alan

You'll struggle to find a lender for £12k mortgages. No profit margin for them in such small transactions.

Whats your point? HUtH is one of the better property programs I think, and quite good for picking up a lot of the "do's and don'ts" of auction buying/ property flipping.

You wouldn't get a mortage for this. You'd get a loan.

If your doing this as a business then it's commercial lending you should be looking at which I imagine requires some kind of business plan.

Apply for a few credit cards with super balance transfers and low balance transfer rates. You should be able to get enough credit to buy a cheapy and go from there.
