need some advice

hi, I was wandering if you guys can help clear some of my mums funds. She has a barclays loan which is outstanding about 2500. she is paying 133.33 but around 40 is leaving her account so she aint getting far. i was thinking i could apply for a high interest credit card and clear the loan and then get a good 0% interest Balance transfers card and move it to that one...is this viable or is there any other way to do this....

is she paying PPI?0 -
i dont know what ppi is but i think they are charging her about 1.5% interest....i aint sure just did a calculation.
