it does actually say get figure free when you order the DVD. It may depend the order you select the items.

It may be the sequence the items are ordered but even ordering it at £9.99 and then £1.99 for figure you could then possibly get in touch and ask for refund as it clearly states free with DVD

do Play despatch the order on day of release or do they aim to have it at your house for release day? my daughters birthday is 15th nov and its only released on 12th so dont know whether to chance it with play or to buy in a store.

Well I rang Play.com this morning to find I had only ordered the figarine at £10.00 and that the dvd wasnt coming,I was so upset I really was that I cried and cried in my bedroom,Dad was talking to them for me on the phone,I was confused as to what happened with the order as my account said one thing and my e-mail said another.I have reordered the dvd now and getting a refund when its shipped out so that it ties in with what I should have done when the promotion was on,the man was very nice and I went back on the phone after Dad to say thank you.I get really confused you see as I have learning difficulties but I am just so glad and relived that its all sorted the e-mail address for them is [EMAIL="info@play.com"]info@play.com[/EMAIL] as usual this is the first time I have had major problems with an order like this Today I am off doing a food shop at Asda

im sure i replied to this post yesterday. does anyone know if this £10 offer is still on play for harry potter? it says £15.99 online at the moment.

Has anyone seen it cheaper anywhere else? Asda etc usually do them cheap for a week...
