any ideas, anyone. trying to remortgage approx £58500, but we keep failing affordadability! dh is self-employed, we have a loan and a few credit cards, the required remortgage isn't for a larger amount, keep saying but we pay our mortgage and other credit commitments, so we obviousley can afford them!!!, but 'computer says no!' currently with halifax which has reverted to variable rate, having a mortgage review on mon, but their deals don't look too great, are we going to have to stick with them?
