Precise Mortgages

Hey guys,
My mum has got an offer from Precise Mortgages. They are the only ones to offer a mortgage so far. I just wanted to know whether anyone has had any experience with them? Also, part of the agreement is that we have to use a solicitor from their panel. If we do not, we still have to pay them a fee for their solicitor as well as using our own.
Is that right?

You must be using a broker to have access precise, why not speak to them?
Precise have their place, theyre not the best or cheapest but they will do what others will not. If you do not use their solicitors you are having what is known as seperate representation.
