Lloyds Mortgage Promise

Hopefully someone can help me out. I got a mortgage promise from Lloyd's and have the required 10% deposit however I completed/Finished a DMP over a year ago which I started in 2010 and have one (Satisfied) default on my file from 2012 which I disclosed in my application. I came across a PDF from Lloyd's which suggests that any applicant who has entered a DMP in the last 6 years will be automatically rejected however the application forms did not ask about DMP's only CCJ's/IVA's/Bankruptcies.
Should I forget Lloyd's altogether or would I have a fighting chance of a full approval despite the DMP?

Speak to a broker before proceeding further.0

You have issues with your credit file but have gone direct to a lender rather than engage a mortgage broker. Not a good combination.I am a Mortgage Broker
