Hi just had an attachement of earnings and now my Employer will find out
how can i make an arrangement or take a secured loan to pay it off
i am i a debt management with a firm and have been paying for 4 years they say they can stop court action but i dont belive them
has any one else had this done thanks Paul.

I may be wrong, but I can't see that this is a bankruptcy issue?
