Finding out whats happening with your Natwest Mortgage Application

Hi there
I've been reading with interest several threads on the Natwest Mortgage application process.
I'm currently in the process of making a Full application for a mortgage via an Mortgage advisor and was concerned about the lack of progress and communication.
I came across the following site, which if you do not already know about has been very useful in letting me know whats going on and that my Mortgage advisor is not sitting on his a**e.
https://www.tracker.natwest.com/nwb/mortgageapp/tracker/login.jsp
Hopefully the above link will help out those who are as impatient as I am.

These trackers are one of the worst ideas by lenders going.
They are only as useful as the lenders updates.
I do not have much experience with the natwest one, but a lot of them can show information is outstanding despite it being uploaded 3 days prior. However, because it takes the lender 4 days to look at documents, it looks like we do nothing for 4 days.
Likewise, even when it has been looked at, if the underwritr does not tick the box to say it has been satisfied it makes it look like it is still needed despite the fact the lender has accepted it on their internal system.
All I would say is do not rely too much on these trackers. I get quite a few calls because of them from people thinking nothing is happening.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
