Missing Terms from a 2006 Debt Question

Recently wrote requesting a CCA from a 2006 account and the solicitor representing Nationwide sent a signed copy of a document with an account number that didn't match the current one. They say that the account number changed.

1. Is there an FCA guidline that suggests they have to prove the account changed numbers?

2. They rejected the low offer but full terms are still missing from the account, yet they say its valid. Can I ask that they sent the Terms and conditions and should I ask for the account to be put on hold? or just keep paying until they have it?

Thanks so much in advance.

    Gaz,

Have you asked on Legal beagles ?

    That's your best bet.

But from what you've said, if no prescribed terms are included, then the agreement isn't properly executed, therefore case law exists to say these type of agreements cannot be ruled on by a court, hence unenforcable.

Best bet would be to get someone who knows that there doing, to look it over, that's why I suggested LB.
