Hi. Thanks in advance for reading.
In March this year I finished my dmp and have 7 defaults that finish their 6 year life span between October we this year and July next year. I also have 1 ccj originally worth 2300 paid off in full and satisfied in March - 6 year life span is due to end November next year.
Me and the oh have saved 5% of the price we wish to pay for a house so far and are assuming when we have 10% we should start applying with a broker. From people's knowledge is this advisable? Am I likely to be accepted with adverse credit if they are all paid and due to fall off in the next 12 months or am I better to wait until November next year. Thanks again.
