hi. I've a loan that ran alongside my mortgage. since selling my home I now still have the mortgage BUT the payments are not going out of my account but are still being made. have contacted both sides and BM solutions say payments are being made and santander doesn't have the Direct Debit set up. what do I do. it's been 2 months and I've contacted them after each payment was meant to go out.

What do you mean by 'payments are not going out of my account but are still being made'?
Who is making them if you aren't?0 -
I've called bm solutions and they said they've received the payment. they gave me account details and it's correct. but my bank don't have the dd set up and the money isn't going from my account.0

Very strange situation. Chances are that at some point the error will come to light. Make sure you put money equivalent to the loan repayments aside because you will almost certainly be asked for it.0

In situations like this, it only comes back to bite people on the bum when they ignore (or 'don't notice') payments not going out of their account, and spend the money on other stuff. Then they don't have the money set aside when the companies spot their mistake."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0
