How on earth did she lose the first case, she was against an IPC solicitor. One can only assumed that she ignored the PPC and it was issued on default, or that she put up a flawed defence.
It is interesting to see that the solicitor and barrister acted pro bono, I assume that the £2,000 went to them.
I wonder if they are interested in taking on more own space cases on a contingency basis.
