Help v12 finance

I really need some advice please.

So here goes...,

I purchased a bike from Evans using v12 finance 10 days ago.
Went through the finance spica took etc and chose three years at £57 a month with a £199.90 deposit.

All went through and got an email after being referred asking me to electronically sign the agreement which was stated as monthly payments of £57.

Now today I receive a letter through the post with s copy of the mandate showing it over 12 months and £149 a month.

I rang v12 and they said contact Evans. Rang Evans and they say contact v12!!!

Now I can't return the bike as Evans return policy is they will only exchange a bike if it is used and having done 260 miles it is well used. So what do I do I am not paying £149 a month when the original terms showed £57.

One chap at Evans said bring the bike back and reapply buy conveniently the bike is now only offered over 1 years terms!!!

Currently I have the bike and have paid £199.90 and originally agreed to pay £57 quid a month.

What do I do and where do I stand please. As no one seems to be accepting they've made s mistake.

Andrew

Send them the agreement you signed. That is the only one that counts.

Looks like you may have missed out on the 3 year option and accepted the 12 month one?

It appears it will save you several hundred £ by doing that. IF you can afford it.

Ask for a copy of the document that you printed and signed. Always save or print 2 copies in future.

Use the browsers save page/print page feature.
