    Sorry - just read more of their site - most of their products are refurbished, which explains the cheapness.

    I assume it to be brand new (page doesn't indicate otherwise), and anymore than 5 dead pixels it would be classed as faulty anyway.

    Ive had a Neovo S15V for 2 years and never had a problem with it. They are really good monitors. Not sure about the F series but your unlikely to get dead pixels. Contrast ratio is not the best but you cant go wrong for that price!!!
