Hi all,

I have a meeting with my MA next week but looking for some advice beforehand.

Is there any hope of getting approved for help to buy??

My partner has perfect credit history mine is perfect apart from a ccj from 2012 for £155 ( satisfied ). Affordability no concern.

I've heard that htb only accept perfect applications so I'm not very hopeful.

    I hope you mean a mortgage broker and not a mortgage adviser with a lender.

    If your meeting is with a mortgage broker they should find you some options.

    I'm using first mortgage advice. They check all my info then pass it on to the broker as far as I'm aware. Will confirm all of this after our meeting.

    New to this so any advice appreciated.
