Why would they be such enthusiastic lenders according to their website?
Not entirely sure what the question means but I'll give it a go anyway...
If you're asking why Norton Finance lend money the answer is they don't, they're a broker.
If you're asking why anybody lends money the answer is because it's a very profitable business, has been for centuries.
If you're asking why anybody lends money to people with poor credit histories the answer is because it's potentially the most profitable area of a very profitable business.
If you're asking something else then maybe have another go0 -
While Norton Finance are brokers they do have their own lending company Norton Home Loans. Of course they do check a panel other lenders as well.0
