Hi,
i am bit confused and need some financial advice......
i have 62,000 mortgage remaining on my property which is at 2.49% interest.......with current saving rate being too low (1% on ISA) , would you advice paying mortgage off in total? i have surplus savings earning low interest rate.

What about pension and/or S&S ISA?
Savings don't really make sense above your emergency fund but investing for future can.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
