Hi,

This is one for the brokers or anyone who has had a mortgage through TSB.

Just from reading this forum it seems Halifax are quite straightforward with their application process and have a good turnover time. How does the TSB fair ?

I recently had a mortgage offer from TSB. Was all an easy going process for us. From application being submitted to having the offer in our hands was around 10 days.

We went through a broker and all he required off us was 3 wage slips and 3 bank statements.

We were very happy with the whole process and are looking to move at the end of the month.
