Hi folks.I am currently dealing with some companies,Debitas are one,and attempting to arrange a repayment schedule.I owe around £1400 to capital one,£4500 to Barclays and about £4000 to Black Horse.Really I am looking for a wee bit of help in deciding the level of repayment to offer.Currently I can afford about £15 a month to each but when I suggested this to the Debitas people they flatly refused and became pretty threatening. Can they do this?I could probably afford another £5 a month to each but not much more than this. Some advice needed her plz as this is an unfamiliar situation for me.Thanx.

I not really sure how to help, but have you thought about contacting either CCCS or payplan as I think they can do a lot of the hard work for you.
But I am sure someone with a bit more knowledge will be along soon.
