hi all,
just wondering i have got a job now and will have my salary going into my halifax easy account, but was wondering if now that i have been discharged if i can get better accounts like the one by abbey?
i do not require a overdraft or anyform of lending just a better account!

You will have to ring around, I'm afraid. Although you're discharged (congratulations on that), your past credit history will still be on your credit file, available to anyone who checks it. You could ring the Abbey & see what they say. Personally, I've found my Co-op account to be fine - I can pay all my bills through it, I have an Electron card that I can use almost anywhere including on the internet, & I don't have to go to the branch to pay money in, as I can do that at the local post office. Even after I'm discharged, I can't see me changing the account for a long while to come.
