Hello everyone,
I've been reading away for quite a while and am so inspired by you all on your mf journey. We have a mountain to climb so may as well make a start.
Here goes..
Mortgage taken out October 2014 due to finish October 2044!!!
Mortgage 265k current balance 256,674.
We are currently fixed for 2 years at 3,6% we can overpay by 10% of monthly repayments so I just signed up to do that. The plan is to keep saving as much as possible to have a lump sum to take off when the two year fix is over.
