I've received a letter from the consumer information office today asking me to ring them. The letter says we may be entitles to return of charges paid by ourselves due to a high court ruling does anyone have any idea what this is. Many thanks

It will be some kind of lead generators for claims management companies, they always try to sound all official like that.
