Attachment of Earning order - address unknown

Hi, I hope someone can help me please. I successfully pursued my tenant through the courts for unpaid rent/damage. The tenant has now relocated and has stopped making monthly payments. I would like to issue an attachment of earnings order but I don't have an address for the tenant. I know the courts send the balliffs to issue the tenant with the order, this isn't possible without a new address. Should I put the tenants last know address on the order? I do have the tenants sisters address (she lives near to the tenant) is this an option if I put c/o? I do have the tenants NI number, employment details, is this enough? I have popped the tenants email and mobile number on the order. I also have the tenants bank details, would it be better to go for a third party debt order and arrange it through her bank? Sorry for all the questions but I would be appreciated some advice as I don't want to waste the £100 order costs. Wendy x

Firstly, you don't issue an attachment of earnings order. The court does.
I would think the NI number would be sufficient, for the court to make an Attachment order.0 -
I think normally you just have to use the tenants last known address as you often see on here people who've had court orders against them but at an old address they don't live at anymore. As you already have the judgement itself I don't think it would matter that you don't have the current address.
I honestly don't know but the above is what I think is the case. Hopefully someone who knows for sure can help.
(You could always try googling something like 'serving court papers' or 'using last known address' and see if that throws up any clues?
