That's worrying, especially since the new name sounds a bit dirty. Have you checked the linked email address for password change requests recently? Check spam and bin as well. A very common way of hijacking accounts is to hack into someone's email* and then get password change requests for everything they use online sent to it, so they can get into all their online accounts.
*what's more common than hacking, actually, is finding accounts linked to emails that no longer exist, then setting up those emails again and getting the password requests sent to that. It's amazing how many people have their Amazon account pointed at an email address that was deleted years ago. However, since you're fairly new here, I'm assuming your linked email address is still one you currently use!Mortgage

I have contacted the solicitor they used for the house sale. They were not willing to disclose any information regarding there new address, even when I told her I had more than a handful of mail for them, which i guessed would happen, data protection and all. They wernt willing to forward any onto them either.
I tried to trick the estate agent into disclosing there new address as we had a friendly relationship but even they didn't know where there new address was
I have a mobile number which they dont answer, even when I ring from a different phone
The surnames on the mail alters from what i presume is a maiden name to her current surname to a name that nobody not even her neighbours have heard of.
I have another debt collection company sending letters for her daughters boyfriend/husband on top of all of there mail
Im sending them all back and informing some of the company's that are coming through But when i was told by one bank that they couldn't stop sending the mail to me as they couldn't delete the current address they had listed until they had a new one to input, I blew up and told them over the recorded phone call "This conversation is me informing you that your client no longer lives here and that any further mail will be thrown in the bin", he just accepted it and didn't seem that bothered
They seemed a nice couple when we were going through one hell of a nightmare house transaction, i wont go into the problems weve had with the house since moving in.
Their solicitors aren't allowed to speak to you - their professional rules preclude it. Your best bet at this stage is to ask YOUR solicitors to write to the sellers solicitors but even then I have my doubts they will disclose a client's address due to confidentiality. Of course if your solicitors are writing anyway they could enclose all the post that you have no address to forward on...
The problem with doing "return to sender" on mail is that a lot of it never actually reaches the originator. I'd also be cautious about opening mail that is not addressed to you, regardless of the situation, as I have a vague feeling that's not quite legal, either...?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

On this issue, are you sure you haven't at some stage had two accounts set up, as there are still posts appearing here under both names.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
