Freezer disaster! - What would you do?

I'm so annoyed with myself. I've let my freezer get far too full, and then last night I accidentally left the door ajar.
I've only just found it - and I've had to chuck a few things away from the front of each shelf. I've left everything else (which still had frost on it) in the freezer and closed the door.
I've tried to rescue as much as I can, and have put it in the fridge. I've got
8 tuna steaks (partially defrosted)
Beef meatballs
Half of an uncooked leg of lamb
2 slices of steak.
Would you eat this stuff? I'm really reluctant to throw it out! I thought I could just do a sniff test when it is defrosted, but I don't want to get ill.
I'm planning to cook the lamb and steak tomorrow and stick it back in the freezer, but I'm not sure if it's going to be particularly nice when defrosted!
I'm going to cook the meatballs tomorrow, and have them on Friday, and I'm going to eat tuna for lunch and dinner tomorrow.
Am I going to poison myself????

You will be fine.
The freezer still would have been cold.0 -
That's a bummer.
With the steak I'd probably cut it up into pieces, get some veg and put it in the slow cooker then freeze the end-result casserole.
But I'm very particular about how my steak is cooked and I wouldn't like to eat cooked then frozen then defrosted then reheated steak as 'steak' IYSWIM. But that's just my taste, nothing to do with 'safe to eat'.
Definitely cook the lamb and refreeze. I do this a lot with pork & beef joints when we have leftovers.
You could also do the same with the meatballs.
I'd not leave those items in the freezer very long and I'd plan to clear out what's in the freezer pretty soon too and then do a complete defrost & restock.0
