A (3) Three night’s stay in Atlantis The Palm, Dubai in a Deluxe Room, valid for two adults and 2 children under the age of 12 years sharing in one room. The room stay Prize entitles the winner and guests staying in the room to unlimited and complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. The Prize includes 10% authority fee and 10% service charge and AED 20 tourism fee per bedroom per night. Black-out periods will apply.
Four (4) Return Economy Class Air tickets including taxes, to Dubai for two (2) Adults and two (2) Children under 12 years of age.
Competition terms and conditions

• All entries must be received by midnight on 20th August 2016.
• The entire Prize is valid for redemption until 22nd August 2017 only.
• The prize is eligible only to Entrants that fully complete the game
• In the event of room cancellation by the Prize winner, the winner agrees to follow standard Atlantis, The Palm room cancellation policy conditions
• All costs and expenses incurred by the winner or members of the winner’s party in connection with any of the prizes, other than direct costs listed above (including, but not limited to, taxes, excess baggage, passports and visas, other meals, retail purchases, tips, travel insurance and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner
• The winner agrees to provide a valid credit card imprint upon arrival to guarantee payment of extra charges other than the Prize inclusions
• For the room, blackout dates will apply and excludes inclusions, other than the inclusions listed above
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold. Any unused portions of the Prize will be forfeited. No cash substitutions are allowed and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer
• The winner of the competition agrees and holds Atlantis, The Palm harmless from any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the competition, promotions, special offer or resulting from the participation in any competition or acceptance, possession, use or receiving any prize, including but not limited to personal Injuries, death and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy
• The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this competition or use or redemption of the Prize
• All taxes, fees, and surcharges of the Prize, other than the ones listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner
• It is highly recommended to contact the representative at Atlantis, The Palm as soon as possible to avoid disappointment due to no availability for a room, restaurant and day activities. ATP does not guarantee room availability and flight availability at the time when the Prize winner redeems the Prize, and may result in failure to make a booking
• Employees of Atlantis, The Palm Limited and Kerzner International Limited, as the Sponsor, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies as well as members of any of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter
• It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
• The winners will be contacted by Email and by phone on the 21st August 2016 and will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by email on the 22nd August 2016. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to confirm their acceptance of the prize within these deadlines, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
• Prizes will be allocated by the Promoter and no negotiation or correspondence will be entered into over the allocation.
• The travel prizes exclude travel insurance, personal expenses, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than where mentioned visas. It is the responsibility of the winners and their guest(s) to ensure they have a valid passport, any necessary visas and vaccinations before travelling.
• The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
