Is P60 required for BTL??

Will any lenders no require a P60 for a BTL application?
Been looking at Halifax, but I cant see anything relevant in their criteria.

    Personal Income isn't that relevant with BTL.

    Some lenders now will lend BTL without any requirement for personal income (the biggest being BM Solutions).
  • thanks. No been misplaced and its just a time issue. Trying to rescue a sale that has fallen through.

    If your lender wants one, can your HR not get you one quickly if you explain your circumstances?

  • Possibly I am looking into that too but just covering all options
  • Had a look at BM Solutions. Any one else not require P60?

    That's news to BM Solutions.
    BTL AFFORDABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
    It’s important that applicants can reasonably afford their personal commitments leaving the rental income available to support the BTL.
    In addition to rental coverage, we’ll assess personal income when making a lending decision.
    We expect to see that the applicant can afford their personal commitments so we can be confident that the BTL lending remains sustainable in the event of tenant voids or maintenance and repair costs incurred.
