Am in awe of your plumbing and tiling exploits - I'm chuffed if I manage to plumb in a washing machine (though spoiled in Spain as retailers deliver and fit, show you how to work the appliance and take the old one away - all free of charge :T. Just read your MFW diary and had to post to say how impressed I am with your budgeting and mortgage OPs. I hope you reach your target of being mortgage free by 53. We cleared ours by the time I was 48 and DH 50 but ours was much smaller than yours.
