Missed Credit Card Payments (advice Needed)

I have subststantial debt of over £30,000 accumulated on several credit cards, i have been struggling to meet repayments over the past few months and have missed a few on certain cards, today i received a default letter from goldfish saying i would need to pay within 28 days to prevent them passing on to a dca.
my property has been on the market for 3 months having realised a while back that i couldnt carry on like this, and fortunately i have found a buyer who made an offer at the weekend.
the question i have is should i contact each card telling them my position and that i intend to pay in full once sale has been completed likely to be 2 months, also offering a token payment of £5 (all i can currently afford) would this work or should i pay goldfish and hold out on the others.
