Urgent mortgage advice

Hi I am a director of my own Limited company and I need to sort a mortgage asap, was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
I have only been in business for 18 months so only have accounts for year 1.
I currently have a mortgage with the Co-operative bank.
I'm looking to move house, I have a cash buyer for my property and have an offer accepted on the house I want to buy.
I'm I best making my own applications to the likes of coop and Halifax or is it worth finding a broker?
Thanks

You may be able to take your coop mortgage with you, check out that option yourself.

Otherwise to do it yourself you may need to spend a lot of time searching and answering questions. You may get quite far down the line and get rejected only to have to start all over again.

You sound in a rush and if so, a broker might be the best option with a likely cost of £200 upwards.
