Hi
In 2007 I took out a loan with First plus with ppi years later I claimed it back and was told that the agreement would be rewritten as though I never took it out. Move forward a few years and this is now with elderbridge. I've found out today that the credit agreement hasn't been rewritten they've sold my debt on with the original credit agreement. I need to settle this as I'm selling my house but don't want to have to pay an extorniate amount back. What should I do

Hi
They gave me a settlement figure of 25775 when I borrowed 30k nine years ago0 -
How much did you borrow and at what rate?
How much PPI was added onto the loan and how much did you get back?0 -
Just had another thought - did you get the refund or was it credited back to loan>>??
If it was paid back to you then you still owe it on the loan as you cannot have benefited twice.0
