Old Citifinancial loan that keeps getting sold

Hello!
Hoping someone can help please.

Twelve and a half years ago I took out a loan with Citifinancial. it was for £6.1k. (As I recall it was a loan rolled into another loan) with stupidly high payments of £238 a month, with only £89 a month coming off the balance and the rest being interest and PPI.

Eleven years ago I left my partner and defaulted on the loan. I moved around a bit and when they caught up with me, the debt had been sold to Direct Legal Collections who were perusing me for £9k +. I disputed This, kept asking for statements to show me where the additional balance had come from etc. Anyway, they went quiet and sold the debt on. This time I was pursued for £8:3k, which I again disputed and did a CCA on. By now it was 2013.

They were able to provide me with a copy of the front page of the credit agreement but not a statement to show where the additional charges were from. I complained to Citi who confirmed that the balance I defaulted with when it was sold on was £5.6k. Anyway, I told the DCA this and they disappeared.

Forward now to 2016 and it's been sold again to Link Financial services. I'm a bit bored of it now. I've always maintained that I was happy to pay what I owe and that until they could tell me where the additional charges came from I wasn't paying a penny but it looks like I might have to start all over again.

So, I have 2 questions 1) what do I do now? Another CCA? 2) can I put in a claim for the PPI? Cheeky, I know!
TIA
