Does anyone know of an overpayment calculator that will show if I just over pay each month for my deal period (2 years) the interest saved and term reduced for the full term of my mortgage (16 years)
Also an accurate one as the two I have looked at so far show a difference in my remaining balance after 2 years of £3000!

Just stick the two payment in(interest only) and the time preriod you want and it tells you how much interest you pay and how much is left.
