Hey people,

I am in the midst of gastroenteritis and clearly this is reflected in me trying to fathom out this months puzzle - excuse the messed up parts, but can someone help me? The grey boxes (read left to right from the top) spell out the "full saying" - apologies people!

I haven't done the whole thing as I'm only on a flying visit this morning - but of the two 7 letter options, Taffeta has to be the top one directly above the picture of the skate, and Disobey has to be the bottom underneath it, because there are no four-letter words with T as the second letter (which there would need to be if they were the other way around)

Hope this might help you fit some words in around them? Sorry I couldn't be more help!
