Loan to repay overdraft+cc+some home improvement

Hi guys ,I wanna take a loan to pay of a couple's of cc and and to get out from a overdraft and at same time make some house improvement's.
I am a home owner, mortgage left around £140k ,house valued at £330k , only me working in a family of 4 , about £13k per year after taxes ,self employed!!
Looking for a £20k loan!
Any suggestions how to get the best deal and with who?
Current mortgage with Woolwich/BARCLAYS .

No chance of an unsecured loan on your income for anything near that amount, and I doubt on an affordability check that you could extend your mortgage.0
