1 they put the price from 10p a min to 12p and up and up and up etc...
2 they stop charging
think about it what would u do if it was your company i pesonly would go with 1.If you want to get with me there's some things you got to know,.

Or number 3. They decide not to collect/pay for un stamped mail.
The company has no obligation to collect or arrange a re-delivery of the mail, They can simply ask Royal Mail to return to sender. I would also defiantly not try this when sending anything time sensitive (i.e. paying a bill) as It will seriously delay the time it takes the company to receive the item of mail (if they decide to take it at all).0 -
i worked for a company who used a po box as there main address havnt got clue why but they sent out to companys etc prepaid envelopes. so if anything came in that needed charging for they would refuse it. if it was a cheque to pay a bill then the sender would be sent a reminder that they owed the bill whilst the cheque is being sent back to the.. This can also affect the customers credit rating for late payments etc...Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear

exactly...
ill just add that i had a customer do that to me in a complaint letter asking for a refund
so i sent her a photocopy of her envelope with the charges and refunded her....minus the cost of the stamp and handling fee she "forgot" to put on it !
im sure she wont forget next time0 -

according to my postie they have to apy for it or all post is witheld for the biz until they do.
PO boxes are registered too sot hey have to ahve some way of charging then.
But on the otherside - if they get enough post complaing about the 0870 then they may change it.
For some firms I never use a stamp and it always gets there

they cant up the price of the 0870 numbers as its set by the phone providers and the regulators
Also as the postie has to charge for it it gets delt with before the rest of the post - and it always goes first class

Why not go one step further and get yourself a free 0871 number, and ask them to ring you back on it.
Also if you have 01/02 inclusive landline minutes see if you can find the alternative number on https://www.saynoto0870.com and phone them for free!!!PF.0
