now ive spoken to a few
W3 Debt Solutions
Debt Angel
Chase Saunders
Payplan
and really not sure who to go for as they all make it really sound alright, but im worried i could be payin off my dmp for years if not forever with some the fees they charge as they have quoted different amounts of what my monthly payment could be....
im pretty sure i dont want to have to do an IVA.
any ideas or experiences with the above? or any reccomendations...

Payplan without a doubt, or the CCCS - they do for free what the others will charge you a fortune for."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Hi
There are Debt Charities that do DMP's without charging, I'm with the Consumer Credit Counselling Service.

Payplan or CCCS are generally recommended here.
- The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111
- Payplan - Tel: 0800 917 7823.
Payplan and CCCS offer just as good a service (many many say a lot better) than the fee charging companies as well. Plus they can give genuinely impartial advice on your best option/approach to dealing with your debts (DMP or otherwise).
No-brainer really.............Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
IVA & fee charging DMP companies: Profits from misery, motivated ONLY by greed0 -
Agree with the others, you should not go with a company that charge you to run your DMP until you have tried the CCCS or Payplan - with them, all your money goes towards your debts.
We are with CCCS and they have been fantastic

go with the cccs, they are free and very good. I owe £44k and I pay them £150 a month. They will work you out a fair budget based on court standards, will deal with all your creditors and review you each year. If you have any letters in the meantime tell them you are in the process of setting up your plan with the CCCS. Once the plan is in place you can refer any creditors to the CCCS, just make sure any letters you get from the creditors you send off to the CCCS and they will take care of everything.
All the best to you0 -
Yep - another CCCS fan here - my OH is with them and I've recommended them to others who have also been pleased with them.:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
