Morning
Pay weekend so this weeks meals will be a lot better than the scrape through ones last week
Sunday-Steak with garlic mushrooms and sweet potato chips
Monday-Chickpea and potato curry
Tuesday-Turkey mince cheese burgers with stir fried veg
Wednesday-Beef stir fry
Thursday-Steak with fried mushrooms, onions and garlic bread
Friday-Wrap pizza
Saturday-Chick pea and potato curry
Lidl have the joints of beef on for £4.99 a kilo, I always get these and chop it in to steaks, stir fry slices and a small joint. It lasts me ages for around £12. I'll buy it this morning along with the 59p spinach they have.
I've got a kilo of yoghurt busy making it's self on the bench so that will be breakfasts with oats and fruit added to it.
Lunches will be soup as I have some in the freezer ready batched up.
