Help!!!!!! - MY bank wont speak to me

face to face:mad:
On the 4th August my bank decided that they wanted to withdraw my overdraft facility - although they insist a letter was sent out - but I am telling them 110% I never recived one!!
The 1st I knew about this was on the 28th August when one of my credtitors called me to say that my bank had not only bounced my DD but cancelled it all together!
I knew how much money I had to spend when I got paid on the 31st of July so I purposely did not touch my own account for the whole of August but all DD's would be covered with my overdraft - including my mortgage.
When I found out this DD had been cancelled and looked online I found that every DD I had going out in august had been cancelled - this included my 2 credit cards, my car insurance, my loan & mobile phone - my creditors had tried to take them again - they bounced and obviously I got charged for that as well!
Obviously I was fumming and panick stricken by all of this as my morgage was due out on the 1st sept - so I went straight into my bank to speak to someone face to face
I was told that because the banks overdraft was discresionarry - they had the right to take that from me at anytime - and that I know longer qualified for this facility!! - I was also told that there was nothing that they could do at Branch level - I had to call their "customer service" - what a joke that is!!
I called there "cusomer care centre" - they put me on hold for approx 20 mins - transfered me to 3 different departments - where I had to explain the whole story each time!
They then finally put me over to there "customer care" centre outside of Europe - where I was actually asked to slow down as they could not understand what I was saying!!!
I have tried on 3 occassions since - each time past from pillar to post - then when I get through again - I get cut off!!!!
I have another creditor calling me in 10 mins- HSBC customer care centre is closed - my overdraft of £2300 gone and it appears no way of paying things back!
The house has been on the market for only a week - once thats sold I can pay things off - I only wanted the overdraft for approx another 3 months until that point
Do HSBC have a UK call centre - or do I have to camp outside there bank until someone who can understand me and actually can make a personal / human decision:mad:

HSBC on their online banking have a message facility and they are very quick at answering any query or problem. E-mail them or I think there is like an instant messanger thing where you talk liek on msn.
It is terrible for you,I cannot believe how bad they have been, you poor thing
