pigsback question?

a couple of hours ago I ordered 2 vouchers from pigsback but have recieved no validation code.
does any one know if I have to reorder? I dont want to loose my points

not sure what you mean by valiudation code everytime ive ordered the points go and the vouchers come in the post after a while i dont get any confirmation except the points disapear
the only validation i know of is first time you make an order you have to give a mob no which they text you on then you put that into pigsback

What is the usual time you have to wait for vouchers?

If they are in stock its usually under a week to NI

You only get sent a validation code on your first order, after that they just send the vouchers to you.

it was my first order!
I entered my mob no but nothing has happened
my points havent been deducted yet

yes, I didnt at first but it rejected it and I redone it

the page now says

Enter your validation code here:

but I havent got one!

they should text you a code, email them if you have trouble and they can validate manually

thanks I have e-mailed them but there wont be anyone in the office now till tomorrow morning
guess I will have to wait
