Getting a joint mortgage with poor credit

I am currently in a debt relief order which I will be discharged from in October 2016.The debts totalling approx 15k. The debts were from 2012-2013 ( bad period of my life which i regret hugely)
My partner Lauren has a 10/10 credit rating and we are hoping to get a joint mortgage. She earns 16k and I earn 26k. deposit we currently have approx 10k.
Is there anything in the market that can help us or could the house be in Lauren's name but they take my wages into consideration?
Thanks
Will

I notice you posted something similar a month ago. Did you speak to a broker as suggested?0
