No it's not that at all, I wouldn't be so dismissive over that. I've just been unsure about him since I met him and he never really has time to explain things to me as he's in a hurry to get his next client in the office and is difficult to contact. I've had to go and call the lender to get a full explanation as I'm in a bit of a hurry and have since been invited in to talk to them directly with the same deal the adviser was getting. As a first time buyer I'm after a helping hand through this process and haven't really got it so far. That's my main reason I suppose.

Normally, they secure the lending terms before they offer the deals. So, current offers are fine. I do expect them to pull the offers soon though and the next tranche will be on terms far less attractive. Plus new lending will be better quality.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
