Can you buy salt free bread?

I have relatives coming over from Spain one of whom is on a salt free diet and has asked can you buy salt free bread over here.
I know you can make it in a bread maker but they are goin to be in a hotel and I will be travelling to see them once during there stay.

I hae tried googling it to see if it can be bought in any of big supermarkets or health food shops and have come to conclusion no where sells it.

Is that right? or do you know where they do sell salt free bread?

Thankyou for your help.

It might be worth asking the hotel if they would be able to make some salt free bread while he is staying there, but he might then need to pre-book any meals where he'd want it, IYSWIM.
