Nationwide mortgage

I applied for my mortgage which was all fine and accepted in June, I have fixed to a 5 year deal.

I'm buying a new build with help to buy and I have exchanged contracts, due to complete September.

Can I change my deal? I'm sure I read somewhere we can change the product chosen if we want, happy to stay with nationwide but I was thinking of a 2 year tracker and see what happens then, the rate I have is 2.74 but I have seen 1.54 on their site.

    Yes, you can.

Contact whoever arranged the mortgage and tell them what you want to do.
