Can you please help?
I earn roughly 27k annually but would like to remortgage for a better rate.
My mortgage is roughly 132k with the property valued at approximately 220k
Can anyone please offer some advice on whether I might be able to get a mortgage based on these figures
I am concerned that I'd need to borrow more than the standard 3.5 x annual income.

Sounds tight on affordability Dave but there may be an option or two. Who is the current Lender and do they not have attractive options?I am a Mortgage Broker
