Facebook Share. privacy settings

I've decided to close my Facebook competition account and just enter FB comps via my personal account. Because i have my account set to only friends can see what I post if I share a competition do I need to edit the post so everyone can see it? Or will the company automatically see it?

You will have to set the share to "Public"
Although any company asking you to "Share" as a condition of entry is in breach of FB T&C's
